Refund Policy
We want you to love your Body Smoking Spa products. Because our products are applied to skin, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Returns
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To start a return, email info@bodysmokingspa.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions.
- Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Returns may also be dropped off in person at the spa during business hours.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used products, for hygiene and safety reasons
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked final sale
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you would like a different product, return the unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
Spa services: This policy applies to retail products only. Spa appointments are covered by our spa store policy at bodysmokingspa.com/store-policy.
