Where we ship: We currently ship within Canada.

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During sales and the holiday season, processing may take slightly longer.

Express shipping (1–3 business days): $39.99 on any order, anywhere in Canada.

Free shipping is based on the order subtotal before taxes, after discounts.

Free local pickup in Edmonton: Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order for free at Body Smoking Spa, 15020 14 St NW, Edmonton. We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

Edmonton local delivery: For addresses within 25 km of the spa, choose local delivery at checkout: $6.99, or free on orders of $50 or more. Local orders are delivered within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, email info@bodysmokingspa.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
