Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Body Smoking Spa online store, operated by Body Smoking Spa Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Online store. You must be at least the age of majority in your province of residence to place an order. You agree not to use our products or store for any unlawful purpose.
2. Products and use. Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. Review the ingredient list before use, and perform a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a skin condition.
3. Pricing and availability. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a full refund.
4. Product information. We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions accurately. Natural products may vary slightly in colour, texture, and scent from batch to batch.
5. Discount codes. Discount codes are valid only for the period stated, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Payments. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
7. Returns and shipping. Returns and shipping are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these terms.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Smoking Spa Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or store. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Privacy. Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
11. Changes. We may update these terms at any time by posting changes on this page.
