For generations, Sudanese women have used bakhoor to welcome guests, scent clothing, and create a calm, luxurious atmosphere at home. Now you can bring that ritual into your own space.

How to use: Light a charcoal disc in a heat-safe incense burner (mabkhara) and wait until it turns grey. Place a small piece of bakhoor on top and let the fragrant smoke rise. An electric bakhoor burner works too. Pass clothing, scarves, or hair through the smoke for a long-lasting scent.

Safety: Never leave burning incense unattended. Use in a well-ventilated space and keep away from children, pets, and anything flammable. For external fragrance use only.
